We purchase all kinds of single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and condos. And yes! We purchase the homes in as-is condition no matter what they look like. Once the family has removed all the heirlooms and items they want, they can leave the rest behind and we will take care of the house and any “stuff” left over.

How long does it take to sell the home?

Our timeline is measured in weeks, not months. We also work with the family to purchase the home on their schedule depending on how much time they need to move.

How much can you offer for my house?

Our offers are based on the condition of the home and the nearby market. Before we make an offer, we will visit the home.

Where are your services available?

We are based in Collin and Denton counties, but will work with families all across DFW.

Is there any cost to use The Family House Company?

No, you do not pay anything to work with The Family House Company. Unlike working with a realtor, families pay no closing costs, commissions or fees. Instead, we pay seniors for the as-is value of their home.

What protections are available for seniors?

We are certified Senior Transition Specialists and are serious about helping seniors and their families. We are committed to making fair offers based on the home's condition and market trends, and our transparent process allows seniors, family members and/or caregivers to see how we arrived at our offer.
